Policies
At The Beverly Hills School of Music, we are proud of offering a perfect combination of high quality European Education and affordable pricing.
In order for us to deliver this experience, we require our customers to follow the policies below:
Regular School Year Policies
- Each School Year is made of 10 months (September -> June)
- Each Month is billed as a “Flat Rate” (no difference in price if you attend 1,2,3, 4 or 5 lessons -> Minimum Enrollment: 1 Calendar Month). There are no exceptions to the flat rate policy.
- Tuition is to be paid in full on a monthly basis whether or not all classes are attended (No Partial Month).
- Payment is due by the 1st of the month – All Sales are Final.
- Make-Up Lesson available (within the same calendar month) if cancellation notice is given at least 24 hours early.
- “No-Shows”, lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the lesson time cannot be made up.
- Payment for a lesson cancelled or not attended by the student cannot be transferred to the next billing cycle (No Partial Month).
Summer Camp Policies
- Summer Camp runs for 5 weeks from early July to mid-August.
- Summer Camp is offered in the morning @ BH School of Music and in the afternoon @ key locations.
- You are responsible for your own transportation or the transportation of your child / children.
- Payment for our Summer Camp is due by the 1st week of the program.
- Prorated Refund available (minus the cost of the text books) during the first two weeks of the program.
